At Lyon Brook you enjoy all the advantages of home ownership without the worries about maintenance.
We are conveniently located in New London, New Hampshire within an easy commute to the Concord – Manchester area to the South and to Lebanon – the Upper Valley to the North.
We have a maintenance person on staff, he will be happy to help you with any minor repairs, simply call the office and we’ll take care of it. If we can’t handle the repair we can recommend a vendor who can. Of course, as an owner, you are welcome to use whichever vendor you prefer.
We are happy to make substitutions for any part of the meal, just contact the manager or the cook before 3pm weekdays.
The monthly assessment includes:
- Heat (including unit interiors)
- Hot Water
- Cable TV
- Trash Removal (from designated areas)
- Local Transportation in Lyon Brook’s courtesy van
- Complete Exterior Building and Grounds Maintenance, Interior Common Area maintenance
- Comprehensive Property & Liability Insurance Package
- Town Water & Sewer
- Contribution to the Capital Reserve program for major repairs and replacements
